1. These terms

These terms are an agreement between you and Bikinis.com, which runs this store. By using bikinis.com or placing an order, you agree to them.

2. Adults only

You must be 18 or older to create an account or order. We do not make swimwear for children.

3. Accounts

You can browse and design without an account. Keep your password private; you are responsible for activity on your account. We may suspend accounts used for fraud, abuse or infringement.

4. Orders and prices

• Prices are in US dollars. Shipping is added at checkout, and checkout shows the full total before you pay.
• Your order is accepted when we email your confirmation.
• If a price or product is listed by mistake, we may cancel and refund the order in full before it is made, and we will tell you why.
• We may hold an order for review before it is made, for example to check a design or to prevent fraud. If we do, we will email you.

5. Made to order: color, fit and variation

Each piece is printed, cut and sewn for you. Some variation is normal and is not a defect: print placement can shift by up to about an inch, measurements can vary by up to about an inch within a size, and printed color will not match every screen exactly. 6. Changes and cancellations

You can change or cancel an order for about an hour after you place it, from the link in your confirmation email, for a full refund. After production starts, it cannot be canceled.

7. Your designs

What you keep. You keep the rights to artwork you upload. We do not sell it or print it for anyone else.

What you allow us. You let us store, copy and print your artwork only to make and support your orders, including replacements.

What you promise. You own, or have permission to use, everything you upload, and you are responsible for claims that arise from it.

The print maker. Prints made from your words are created on request. We check them, but we cannot promise that a generated print is unique or that it does not resemble other work by chance. You may wear and use pieces you order with them; our library prints stay ours, and buying a piece does not license the print for other uses.

What we will not print. Nudity or sexual images; sexual, crude or hateful words; threats or violence; other people's trademarks, logos, brands or copyrighted characters; a real person's likeness without permission; and anything involving minors. Every design is checked before it is made. Orders that fail the check are canceled and refunded in full.

8. Payment

You can pay with a debit or credit card, or with PayPal. Billing by az.com. You buy from and are billed by Bikinis.com; the charge usually appears as "PAYPAL *BIKINIS.COM". PayPal's terms apply to the payment itself. Chargebacks are checked against our order, production and delivery records.

9. Acceptable use

Do not try to break or probe the site's security, scrape it at scale, resell access to it or misuse the print maker. The print maker has usage limits, and repeated abuse ends in suspension.

10. Warranties and liability

We provide the site "as is." Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited. Otherwise, our total liability for an order is limited to the amount you paid for it, and we are not liable for indirect losses. If a date matters, such as a trip or an event, tell us before you order.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms and will date any change at the top of this page. Your order is governed by the terms in force when you placed it.
