Privacy policy
The short version: we collect what we need to make, ship and support your order. We do not sell your personal information. Payments are handled by PayPal, so your card number never reaches us.
Who we are
Bikinis.com ("we", "us") runs this store and sells made-to-order swimwear and beach accessories. For any privacy question or request, email hello@bikinis.com or use our contact form.
What we collect

We never see or store your full card number, we do not buy personal data, and we do not run advertising trackers on this site.
Who we share it with
Only what each one needs to do its job:
- Our production partner, which prints, sews and ships your order: your name, shipping address, the items and the print files.
- PayPal, which processes your payment under its own privacy policy.
- Our hosting, storage and email delivery providers, which run this website and send your order emails.
- Image services used by the print maker: if you describe a print in words, those words (not your name or email) are sent to make the image.
- Shipping carriers: your name and address, to deliver the parcel.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-site advertising.
Cookies
We use a small number of functional cookies: one keeps you signed in, and one remembers your cart. We do not use advertising cookies. PayPal may set its own cookies when you check out with it.
How long we keep it
- Order records: seven years, for tax and accounting.
- Your designs: while your account is open, so we can remake an order.
- Account details: until you ask us to delete them.
- Email list: until you unsubscribe, which you can do from any of our emails.
Your rights
Wherever you live, you can ask us to show you the personal information we hold about you, correct it, delete it (except records the law requires us to keep), or send you a copy. Email hello@bikinis.com and we will respond within 30 days. If you are in California, we do not sell or share personal information as the CCPA defines those terms. If you are in the EEA or UK, we rely on contract for order data, legitimate interest for fraud prevention, and consent for marketing email.
Security
Passwords are stored only as salted hashes, sessions are stored only as hashes, and all traffic is encrypted. No system is perfectly secure, but we keep as little as we can, and card numbers never touch our servers.
Adults only
This store is for adults. You must be 18 or older to create an account or place an order, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has given us information, contact us and we will delete it.
Changes
If we change this policy in a way that matters, we will update the date at the top and, where it affects data you have already given us, email you.
